Returns & Exchanges

At FOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FOX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
